Beet beer

Beet Weiss a tart balanced beer debuted in Parkville Microbrew Festival in 2014. It was the brain child of Michael Crane co-founded Crane Brewing. The beer has a magenta color tart taste with low alcoholic content. According to the brewer 700 pounds of peeled sliced beets in 30 barrel batch will produce 750 milliliters bottle each.

Basic beer brewing method
